PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food in which the attenuation of saltiness caused by frozen storage is suppressed without increasing the content of salt, and there is no foreign taste and uncomfortable feeling upon repast.SOLUTION: Provided is a frozen food comprising magnesium chloride.
