PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing seasoned cheese with fibrous texture in a short time, efficiently, hygienically, continuously and industrially, without the need of any immersing step for seasoning in making the seasoning of cheese with fibrous texture, and enabling a variety of the kinds thereof differing in flavor from one another to be easily produced (to be swiftly responsive to liking diversification) using simple equipment.SOLUTION: The method for producing the seasoned fibrous cheese includes the step of directly infusing a seasoning liquid along the fibers of cheese having fibrous texture.
