PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately transmit an examiner's intention to a subject in a remote examination.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic examination system includes an ophthalmologic examination apparatus, and an examination instruction apparatus for transmitting an instruction to the ophthalmologic examination apparatus. The examination instruction apparatus transmits instruction information input by an examiner to the ophthalmologic examination apparatus. The ophthalmologic examination apparatus includes an examination optical system including an optical element applied to an eye to be examined and a projection system for projecting an examination light flux for examining the eye to be examined onto the eye to be examined through the optical element. Furthermore, the ophthalmologic examination apparatus includes an information presentation optical system including a display part and a light guide system for guiding a display light flux output from the display part to the eye to be examined through the optical element. A control part of the ophthalmologic examination apparatus causes a predetermined character image to be displayed in the display part.
