PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and an ophthalmologic examination system capable of improving reliability of a subjective examination result.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, a subjective examination optical system, an interference optical system, and an image formation part, and a control part. The subjective examination optical system includes an optical element that can correct aberration of an eye to be examined and projects a target to the eye to be examined through the objective lens and the optical element. The interference optical system divides a light from a light source into a reference light and a measurement light, irradiates the eye to be examined with the measurement light through the objective lens and the optical element, generates an interference light of the return light and the reference light, and detects the interference light. The image formation part forms a tomographic image of the eye to be examined based on the result of the detection of the interference light by the interference optical system. The control part causes tomographic image formation processing based on the result of the detection of the interference light obtained by irradiating the eye to be examined with the measurement light to be executed according to the result of a subjective examination of the eye to be examined obtained by using the subjective examination optical system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】自覚検査結果の信頼性を向上させることが可能な眼科装置及び眼科検査システムを提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、対物レンズと、自覚検査光学系と、干渉光学系と、画像形成部と、制御部とを含む。自覚検査光学系は、被検眼の収差を補正可能な光学素子を含み、対物レンズ及び光学素子を介して被検眼に視標を投影する。干渉光学系は、光源からの光を参照光と測定光とに分割し、対物レンズ及び光学素子を介して被検眼に測定光を照射し、その戻り光と参照光との干渉光を生成し、干渉光を検出する。画像形成部は、干渉光学系による干渉光の検出結果に基づいて被検眼の断層像を形成する。制御部は、被検眼に測定光を照射することにより得られた干渉光の検出結果に基づく断層像の形成処理を自覚検査光学系を用いて得られた被検眼の自覚検査結果に応じて実行させる。【選択図】図3
