PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and an ophthalmologic examination system capable of performing a subjective examination, and photographing and measurement using optical coherence tomography with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, a subjective examination optical system, and an interference optical system. The subjective examination optical system includes an optical element that can correct aberration of an eye to be examined and projects a target to the eye to be examined through the objective lens and the optical element. The interference optical system divides a light from a light source into a reference light and a measurement light, irradiates the eye to be examined with the measurement light through the objective lens and the optical element, generates an interference light of the return light and the reference light, and detects the generated interference light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】簡素な構成で自覚検査と光コヒーレンストモグラフィを用いた撮影や計測とが可能な眼科装置及び眼科検査システムを提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、対物レンズと、自覚検査光学系と、干渉光学系とを含む。自覚検査光学系は、被検眼の収差を補正可能な光学素子を含み、対物レンズ及び光学素子を介して被検眼に視標を投影する。干渉光学系は、光源からの光を参照光と測定光とに分割し、対物レンズ及び光学素子を介して被検眼に測定光を照射し、その戻り光と参照光との干渉光を生成し、生成された干渉光を検出する。【選択図】図1
