PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar-coated food, capable of obtaining an overflowing foaming feeling, a moderate acid taste and an aromatic flavor, spreading instantly in a mouth on putting it in the mouth, further more clearly feeling the intonation of a sweet taste originated from sugar-coated layers with the acid taste, and having a more crunchy feeling as its texture.SOLUTION: This multi-layered sugar-coated food is characterized by having the central layer as a tablet confectionery or a pill, having the sugar-coating layers ≥5 times by weight the central layer, forming the sugar-coated layers as the multiple layers, while the sugar layers and vitamin C layers alternately overlap, also having the sugar layers of a crystalline form with the crystals of 5 to 15 μm range mean particle diameter, and further having a foamable coating layer containing a carbonate salt, an acid and 10 to 30 wt.% solid fat as foamable components at the outermost layer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】口に入れた時に、溢れるような発泡感、瞬間的に口中に広がる程よい酸味及びフレーバーの香りが得られ、さらに、既存の糖衣食品に比べて、糖衣層由来の甘味と酸味の抑揚がよりはっきりと感じられ、食感もよりクランチ性のある糖衣食品を提供すること。【解決手段】中心層が錠菓又は丸薬であり、該中心層に対して重量で5倍以上の糖衣層を有し、該糖衣層が砂糖の層とビタミンCの層が交互に重なり合った状態で多層に形成され、かつ該砂糖の層が結晶形態を有し、その結晶の平均粒径が5~15μmの範囲内であり、さらに最外層に発泡性成分として炭酸塩と酸、及び固形脂10~30重量%を含有する発泡性コーティング層を有することを特徴とする多層糖衣食品。【選択図】なし
