PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a glutinous rice processed product suitable for a kneading material for filling.SOLUTION: This method for producing the glutinous rice processed product includes preparing fine particles by mixing, with 100 pts.wt. of glutinous rice flour, 10-80 pts.wt. of glucide, 0.3-3.0 pts.wt. of sodium alginate and/or alginic acid, and 0.3-3.0 pts.wt. of calcium salt with a solubility in water of &le3.0 g/100 g water, granulating under a water-adding and heating condition the fine particles until a pregelatinization degree becomes 10-60%, followed by drying the product.
