A maqaw (mountain pepper) sauce contains sauce and maqaw, in which the sauce usually contains green onion, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, apple and pear sauce. The maqaw (mountain pepper) sauce has special flavor and texture, and may be directly eaten or as side dishes. In which, the ingredients for 1000 g of maqaw (mountain pepper) sauce are mixed with 10~300 g of maqaw, 1000~3000 g of king oyster mushroom, or 1000~3000 g of kimchi, or mixed with 1000~3000 g of carrageenans. The present invention also provides the texture of maqaw, king oyster mushroom, kimchi and carrageenans, so the food may have special flavor after soaking in the sauce of the present invention, and thus have multiple tastes and eating.
