PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of color fertilizer using livestock excretion is provided to manufacture color fertilizer which gradually purifies the air and water quality by re-injecting bad odor and effluent generated from the fertilizer product process into livestock excretion storage.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a color fertilizer using livestock excretion comprises the following steps: (a) a step of stirring livestock excretion in livestock excretion storage (b) a step of purifying the air in the livestock excretion storage using lime and zeolite. (c) a step of separating effluent through a filtration net from the livestock excretion (d) a step of removing constricted materials and impurities from the livestock excretion (e) a step of purifying the separated effluent using aluminum sulfate and caustic soda (f) a step of dehydrating the livestock excretion from which constricted materials and impurities are removed (g) a step of first drying the dehydrated livestock excretion by far infrared rays (h) a step of mixing at least one among red clay, calcium carbonate, calcite, silicon, boron, or vermiculite into the first dried livestock excretion (i) a step of secondly drying the mixture (j) a step of mixing microorganisms with the dried livestock excretion and (k) a step of coating starch paste, a water soluble binder, or an inorganic binder in which microorganisms are mixed on the livestock excretion.
