PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable aqueous solubilized, reduced type coenzyme Q composition of which method of production is simple.SOLUTION: This aqueous solubilized, reduced type coenzyme Q composition is obtained by using a serum component. The method for producing the aqueous solubilized, reduced type coenzyme Q is characterized by mixing a reduced type coenzyme Q with the serum component. It is possible to be able to perform the promotion of health, and the prevention and improvement of diseases by incorporating the composition in a medicine, quasi drug, food, functional food or the like and efficiently taking the coenzyme Q as the reduced type coenzyme Q.
