The present invention relates to a linear actuating member module and a robot arm operating device having the same. The linear actuating module comprises a pair of guide pulleys which guides linear members arranged to be separated from each other； and a moving pulley, which supports the linear members between the guide pulleys and is installed to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the separation direction of the guide pulleys. When tension acting on the linear members is reduced below a certain level, the moving pulley pulls the linear members while moving between the two guide pulleys, so the tension applied to the linear members is prevented from being lowered below a certain level. Accordingly, the linear members are prevented from being separated from the guide pulleys.본 발명은 서로 이격 배치된 선형부재의 이동을 안내하는 한 쌍의 가이드풀리와, 한 쌍의 가이드풀리 사이에서 선형부재를 지지하며 한 쌍의 가이드풀리의 이격 방향에 대해 직각 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되는 이동풀리를 포함한 선형부재 액추에이팅 모듈 및 이를 갖춘 로봇 암 구동장치에 관한 것으로, 선형부재에 작용하는 장력이 일정 이하로 감소할 경우, 이동풀리가 두 가이드풀리 사이를 이동하면서 선형부재를 당기므로 선형부재에 작용하는 장력이 일정 이하로 감소하는 것은 예방되며, 그에 따라 선형부재가 가이드풀리로부터 벗어나는 것은 방지된다.
