The machine (10) comprises: a vehicle (12) having an autonomous guide system for the movement of the vehicle along a driving direction (x)； a plurality of working modules (14) each arranged to carry out one or more operations for the cultivation of agricultural lands, vegetable gardens and/or greenhouses； and a programmable electronic control unit (48) for controlling the machine (10). The vehicle (12) comprises: a supporting frame (16)； a propulsion system (18) for driving the movement of the vehicle (12) along the driving direction (x)； a carriage (20) that is mounted on the supporting frame (16) so as to be slidable along a transverse direction (y) and carries the working modules (14)； a first driving system (22) for driving the movement of the carriage (20) along the transverse direction (y)； and a plurality of second driving systems (24) for driving each the movement of a respective working module (14) relative to the carriage (20) in a vertical direction (z).
