PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly evaluate a visual-line distribution of a driver in a predetermined period of time from the beginning of driving a car to the end of driving the car.SOLUTION: A visual-line detecting means 15 detects the direction of the visual line of the driver of the car, a storage means M1 stores data of the direction of the visual line, a viewing-action-information generating means M2 generates viewing action information of the driver from the data stored in the storage means M1 in one drive cycle from the beginning to the end of the drive, and a viewing action information display means M3 displays the viewing action information on a monitor 28. Thus, the visual-line-action information over one drive cycle can be objectively evaluated and perceived by the driver, enhancing the drivers awareness of the safety drive. It neither hinders the drivers operation nor makes the driver feel annoying because the visual-line action information is presented after completion of one drive cycle.
