According to the present invention, provided is a robot device for rehabilitation of an upper limb, which comprises: a grip module having a grip； a driving device unit for outputting a driving force for driving the grip module； a guide mechanism unit for guiding movement of the grip module； a link mechanism unit for transferring the driving force to the grip module； and a control unit for controlling an operation of the driving device unit. The driving device unit includes: a first driver including a first rotary motor, and generating a first axial rotary motion around a first rotational axis； and a second driver including a second rotary motor, and generating a second axial rotary motion around a second rotational axis parallel to the first rotational axis. The guide mechanism unit includes: a fixed base member； an intermediate linear moving member coupled to the base member to linearly reciprocate in a first linear moving direction； and a final linear moving member coupled to the intermediate linear moving member to linearly reciprocate in a second linear moving direction perpendicular to the first linear moving direction, and having the grip module fixed thereto.
