PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid conveyance monitoring system to minimize the risk of haemolysis.SOLUTION: The resent invention relates to a method for monitoring fluid conveyance in an extracorporeal blood treatment device, which method allows fluid to be conveyed by a peristaltic pump 2 in a fluid system from a low-pressure side to a high-pressure side in that an elastically deformable fluid line 19 positioned between the low-pressure side and the high-pressure side is deformed in such a way that conveyance volume sections 22, 23 are formed between a support surface and at least two squeeze elements 16, 17 of a rotor 12 rotating opposite the support surface. As for the conveyance volume sections, fluid pressure values in the fluid system are detected that are specific to the conveyance volume sections, and the detected conveyance-volume-specific fluid pressure value of a conveyance cycle n is compared with the detected conveyance-volume-specific fluid pressure value of a previous conveyance cycle n-x in each conveyance volume section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】溶血リスクを最小化するための、流体運搬モニタリングシステムを提供する。
