PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a food product capable of preventing contamination of defective one into products, in manufacture of the food product including a cutting step with a cutter.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a food product including a cutting step for cutting a food product with a cutter, a food manufacturing apparatus is used, which includes a first sieve 50 through which a nondefective product and a defective product which is smaller than a normal size are allowed to pass, and a plate 51 placed over the sieve.
