The Kimchi seasoning mixing apparatus of the present invention comprises a seasoning mixing chamber (100) having a surface formed with a perforated plate (111) having a plurality of through-holes (112), and formed in a dual chamber structure including a hollow cylindrical inner chamber (110) which can be rotated, and a hollow cylindrical outer chamber (120) for surrounding the inner chamber (110) from the outside. The inner chamber (110) includes a rotary screw (200) rotatably provided therein to mix a salted Chinese cabbage (1) with seasoning (2) by a rotation operation and transferring the salted cabbage (1) from one side to the other side of the inner chamber (110).본 발명은 이중 챔버 구조의 양념혼합실에서 절임배추와 양념을 고르게 혼합함으로써 맛과 품질이 일정한 고품질 김치를 대량으로 생산할 수 있는 김치양념 혼합장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 김치양념 혼합장치는 복수개의 통공(112)을 구비한 타공판(111)으로 표면이 형성되고, 회전이 가능한 중공원통형 내부챔버(110) 및 상기 내부챔버(110)를 바깥에서 둘러싸는 중공원통형 외부챔버(120)로 구성되어 이중 챔버 구조로 형성되는 양념혼합실(100)을 포함하고, 상기 내부챔버(110)는 내부에 회전 가능하게 구비되어 회전작동에 의해 절임배추(1)와 양념(2)을 혼합시키고, 상기 절임배추(1)를 상기 내부챔버(110)의 일측에서 타측으로 이송시킬 수 있는 회전스크류(200)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
