PURPOSE: A natural cosmetic composition using traditional nuruk(fermentation starter) is provided to be used as cosmetic agents for pack, massage, cleansing, and bathing.CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition comprises: a step of pulverizing unpolished whole wheat and mixing the pulverized whole wheat powder and wheat flour in a weight ratio of 1:1 a step of splitting cut bamboos in a length of 5cm and in a thickness of 0.5cm a step of dipping the split bamboos in the water at 20-25 Deg.C. for 1 hour a step of boiling the bamboos for 1 hour and preparing bamboo water a step of mixing the mixture of whole wheat powder and wheat flour with the bamboo water and maturing at 20-25 Deg.C. for 20-24 hours a step of pressing and molding the mixture in a circular frame with 20-25 cm of diameter and 1-1.5cm of height a step of covering the frame with changhoji(Korean traditional paper made from mulberry bark) and fermenting at 30-35 Deg.C. for 5 days a step of maturing the circular nuruk in a cool and shade place for 25-30 days and a step of pulverizing the finished nuruk at 100-1000 mesh.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 종래에 없던 전통누룩을 이용한 천연 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 통밀과 밀가루와 대나무 삶은 물을 혼합 발효시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전통누룩을 이용한 천연 화장료 조성물 그 제조방법은, 도정하지 않은 통밀을 분쇄하여 얻은 통밀분말, 소맥분을 1:1의 중량비로 혼합하는 제1공정 통대나무를 길이 5cm 두께 0.5cm 내외의 크기로 잘게 쪼갠 다음, 상기의 쪼갠 대나무와 물을 각각 0.03~0.1:1 중량비로 끓여서 식혀 대나무 삶은 물을 얻는 제2공정 상기 제1공정에서 얻은 통밀분말과 소맥분을 혼합한 분말 1 중량비에 상기 제2공정에서 얻은 대나무 삶은 물을 0.15~0.18 중량비로 가수한 뒤 잘 혼합하여 숙성시키는 제3공정 상기 제3공정에서 숙성시켜 얻은 재료를 지름 20~25cm 높이 1~1.5cm의 원형 누룩틀에 넣고 압축 성형한 다음 30~35℃에서 5일간 발효시켜 원료누룩을 얻는 제4공정 상기 발효가 끝난 원형누룩을 25~30일간 숙성시켜 원료누룩을 완성하는 제5공정 상기 제5공정에서 완성한 원료누룩을 법제한 뒤, 이를 100 내지 1000 메쉬의 고운 분말로 분쇄하여 전통누룩을 이용한 천연 화장료 조성물을 얻는 제6공정 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
