The present invention relates to an orthopedic surgical set and, more particularly, to an orthopedic surgical set in which an implant having a specific size, which is determined and selected in advance on the basis of scanning information obtained through a medical scanner, to be implanted into a human body through an operation, spare implants, which have a size selected within an error range in preparation for error that may occur between the scanning information and the actual information of a patient, and different kinds of surgical instruments, which correspond to the sizes of the implants, are classified by sizes and fixed in k-th trays, respectively, to be kept in a container so that a doctor who performs an operation can easily select desired surgical instruments, costs for sterilizing the surgical instruments are decreased, and the tray and the container can be reduced in size for easy carrying.La présente invention concerne un kit de chirurgie orthopédique et, plus particulièrement, un kit de chirurgie orthopédique dans lequel un implant de taille spécifique, laquelle est déterminée et sélectionnée à lavance sur la base dinformations de balayage obtenues avec un scanner médical, destiné à être implanté dans un corps humain par lintermédiaire dune opération, des implants de réserve, qui ont une taille sélectionnée dans une plage derreur en prévision dune erreur susceptible de se produire entre les informations de balayage et les informations réelles dun patient, et différents types dinstruments chirurgicaux, qui correspondent aux tailles des implants, sont classés par dimension et fixés respectivement dans des kièmes plateaux, afin dêtre maintenus dans un conteneur, de sorte quun médecin qui effectue une opération peut facilement sélectionner les instruments chirurgicaux voulus, les coûts de stérilisation des instruments chirurgicaux étant diminués et le plateau et le conteneur pouvant être de taille réduite afin de faciliter le transport.
