The present invention aims to provide functional citron tea in which the functionalities of black garlic and citron are enhanced; palatability of the black garlic is improved while palatability of the citron is not significantly reduced; and flavors of the black garlic and the citron also are enhanced. The present invention relates to citron tea including a black garlic extract and to a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the citron tea includes a liquid or granular extract of the black garlic.
