The present invention aims to provide functional citron tea in which the functionalities of black garlic and citron are enhanced； palatability of the black garlic is improved while palatability of the citron is not significantly reduced； and flavors of the black garlic and the citron also are enhanced. The present invention relates to citron tea including a black garlic extract and to a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the citron tea includes a liquid or granular extract of the black garlic.
