The frozen Rubus coreanus is crushed. Particles less than a fixed size are selected from the crushed Rubus coreanus material. The screened crushed material is stirred. The stirred material is macerated at the room temperature. The macerated material is centrifuged to obtain Rubus coreanus extract. The centrifuged extract is sterilized and filtered. The rubus coreanus extract is mixed with orange extract and onion extract to manufacture a mixed solution. The mixed solution is homogenized. Additives and a diluting agent are added to the homogenized mixed solution. An organic solvent is mixed with the prepared solution and stirred.
