Provided are: a citrus seed extract-containing composition with which a novel function of citrus (particularly, a citrus seed extract) can be sufficiently exhibited； a food； a drug； and a method for producing the citrus seed extract-containing composition. This citrus seed extract-containing composition is characterized by including nomilin and obacunone which are derived from a citrus seed extract.
