The present invention relates to a nozzle unit for forming a dough sheet and a baking apparatus having the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to the nozzle for forming a dough sheet which is formed to not only spread a baking dough to have a thin and uniform thickness but also increase productivity of the dough sheet by an automated process, and to a baking apparatus having the same. The nozzle unit includes: an insertion pipe formed to allow compressed air, generated by an air compressor, to be inserted therethrough a driving unit which is connected to the insertion pipe and transmits rotational force to the insertion pipe and a spraying member which is rotated on an upper portion of a molding container along the insertion pipe, rotated by the driving unit, receives the compressed air, inserted through the insertion pipe, and sprays the compressed air to the dough, placed in the molding container.
