PURPOSE: A producing method of rice cake capable of molding into various shapes is provided to uniformly maintain the moisture in the rice cake for improving the eating texture. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice cake capable of molding into various shapes comprises the following steps: washing non-glutinous rice(s201); soaking the non-glutinous rice in water before dehydrating(S202); crushing the water soaked non-glutinous rice into powder using a crusher(S203); inserting the non-glutinous rice powder into a rice steamer, and steaming the powder into rice cake dough(S204); wrapping the rice cake dough with a vinyl sheet, inserting the rice cake dough into a container, and cooling the rice cake dough in the shape of the container(S205); and removing the vinyl sheet from the rice cake after the rice cake is hardened, and vacuum packaging the rice cake(S206). 본 발명은 떡의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 떡의 반죽을 비닐을 이용하여 전체적으로 감싼 후 이를 다양한 형상으로 이루어진 용기에 수용하고 냉장 상태에서 떡을 굳힘으로써, 다양한 형상을 가진 떡을 만들 수 있는 떡의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
