PURPOSE: A mechanic apparatus for egg omelet is provided to produce the egg omelet having properties(hardness, taste, shape, etc.) identical to what is made by directly frying egg on a fry pan. CONSTITUTION: A bottom mold(3) is installed on the upper side of a base frame(1). The bottom mold is formed by arranging multiple unit molds in a flat form which form rectangular cavity with a constant depth. An upper mold covers the top of the bottom mold by ascending and descending. The bottom mold is made of metals with 5-20mm of thickness. At least one area contacting food materials is coated with a protective film. Guide rods(11) are perpendicularly installed on the four corners of the base frame. A cover plate(13) is fixed and installed on the upper end of the guide rods. A movable plate(15) is installed so as to be movable to up and down in the state of being horizontally combined to the guide rods. A screw bar(17) is perpendicularly installed on the upper surface of the movable plate, and extended upward through the cover plate. A drive motor(19) is fixed and installed on the cover plate.
