PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fish-shaped pancake containing bean jam or the like having a uniform and proper baking state.SOLUTION: A food baking implement includes: a heating part case 3 baking molds 5 and 7 provided on an upper part of the heating part case 3 a heat generating part 9 provided in the heating part case 3 and a heat adjustment plate 11 interposed between the baking molds 5 and 7 and the heat generating part 9. The heat adjustment plate 11 has a through-hole opening 11a accepting a heat flow and heat flow adjustment parts 11b and 11c for adjusting the heat flow by a plurality of holes 11ba and 11ca.
