PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried egg manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently and continuously manufacturing fried eggs.SOLUTION: The fried egg manufacturing apparatus includes an egg supply device 2 capable of continuously supplying eggs, an egg splitting device 4 for receiving eggs one by one from the egg supply device 2 and splitting the eggs received, a receiving device 6 for receiving the raw egg liquid of the eggs split by the egg splitting device 4, and a baking device 8 for dropping the raw egg liquid on the receiving device 6 for baking. The baking device 8 includes a plurality of baking plates 28 that move continuously or intermittently and a heating device 39 for heating the baking plates 28.
