PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood sugar metabolism improver improving or increasing the sugar metabolism function in skeletal muscle, and to provide an oral composition compounded with the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a blood sugar metabolism improver comprising one or more water-soluble extracts selected from the group consisting of Pseudoginseng, Eucommia ulmoides leaf, and Olea europaea leaf. An oral composition compounded with the blood sugar metabolism improver is provided.
