PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed green tea beverage which allows the reduction of sweetness, flavor, and dense taste to be suppressed, with suppressed generation of astringent taste, even when the liquid temperature is lowered to a lukewarm temperature with time passing after cap-opening.SOLUTION: The container-packed green tea beverage has an adjusted ratio of settleable suspended solid (SSS) to suspended solid (SS), i.e. (SSS/SS), of 0.07 to 0.7, an adjusted mass ratio of fructose to sugar with glucose skeleton, i.e. (fructose/sugar with glucose skeleton), of 0.04 to 0.14, and an adjusted mass ratio of oxalic acid to caffeine, i.e. (oxalic acid/caffeine), of 0.25 to 0.48.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】開栓後に、時間が経過して液温が低下してぬるくなった場合であっても、甘みや香りや濃度感の低下を抑え、かつ苦渋味の発生が抑制された容器詰緑茶飲料の提供。【解決手段】緑茶飲料における、容器詰緑茶飲料における浮遊物質濃度(SS)と沈降性浮遊物質濃度(SSS)との比率(SSS/SS)を0.07~0.7に調整し、グルコース骨格糖と果糖との質量比率(果糖/グルコース骨格糖)を0.04~0.14に調製し、さらにカフェイン濃度とシュウ酸濃度との質量比率(シュウ酸/カフェイン)を0.25~0.48に調整する。【選択図】なし
