The present invention is directed to providing fried or non-fried food added with little amount of deep fried food taste accelerator so as to increase deep fried food taste of the food. The deep fried food taste accelerator of the present invention is achieved by including partial-oxidized hydrogenated oil having POV values ranging from 25~300 as effective component.
