The present invention is directed to providing a sweet taste or milky taste accelerator so as to increase sweet taste or milky taste of the food and decrease the usage amount of other sweet taste or milky taste additives. The sweet taste or milky taste accelerator of the present invention is achieved by including partial-oxidized hydrogenated oil having POV values ranging from 25~300 as effective component.
