PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a vegetable washer comprising preliminarily washing cut vegetables in a washing tank, followed by washing them in a normal fashion to improve the washing effect and washing efficiency.SOLUTION: The method for controlling a vegetable washer comprises putting a washing basket 22 charged with the cut vegetables, into a washing tank 20, pouring washing water into the washing tank 20 to reserve the water and rotating the washing basket 20 simultaneously, and draining the water from the washing tank after finishing washing the vegetables.
