PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable washer which is improved in filtering mechanism of a water-receiving tank so as to be reduced in clogging to improve vegetable washing ability and efficiency.SOLUTION: The vegetable washer 10 includes: a washing tank 20 where cut vegetables are washed a water-reserving tank 30 from which washing water is supplied to the washing tank 20 and a water-receiving tank 40, linked to the washing tank 20 and provided with a filtering mechanism 50 where the water is made to overflow from the washing tank 20 is filtered and making the filtered water get back to the washing tank again with a pump 42.
