The present invention relates to a self-assembly type preparation method of a nanocomposite material, wherein the preparation method comprises: a step of spraying a drug-containing solution on metal aerosol nanoparticles to form a drug layer on the metal aerosol nanoparticles； and a step of spraying a polymer-containing solution on the metal aerosol nanoparticles having the drug layer formed thereon, to form a polymer layer on the drug layer. The self-assembly type preparation method is a simple process which excludes a liquid-phase chemical process when producing the metal aerosol nanoparticles, and since the process can be performed at a low temperature, it is possible to suppress deformation of the organic material (drug) and easily control properties such as drug release rate, by utilizing different types of metal in aerosol nanoparticles and modifying the same.본 발명은 나노복합소재의 자기조립식 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 금속 에어로졸 나노입자에 약물 함유 용액을 분무하여, 금속 에어로졸 나노입자 상에 약물층을 형성하는 단계； 및 상기 약물층이 형성된 금속 에어로졸 나노입자에 폴리머 함유 용액을 분무하여, 상기 약물층 상에 폴리머층을 형성하는 단계；를 포함함으로써, 금속 에어로졸 나노입자 제조시에 액상 화학공정을 수반하지 않으므로 공정이 간단하고, 저온에서도 공정 수행이 가능하여 유기물(약물)의 변형을 억제할 수 있으며, 금속 에어로졸 나노입자의 금속 종류, 개질 등을 통해 약물의 방출 속도 등을 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 나노복합소재의 자기조립식 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
