The at least one nutrient-richmaterial may be selected to synergistically enhance bioavailability of otherspecificnutrients from the prune paste. The prune-based product may be consumed toreduce constipation, iron deficiency or insufficiency, osteoporosis andrelated bonediseases and/or cardiovascular risks.
