The process of producing dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and ginger comprises the steps of: a. ecuring and collection slipmouth fish in containing means； b. splitting, washing, and cleaning the slipmouth fishes； c. soaking the cleaned fishes in brine solution； d. soaking the brine-treated fishes in kamias extract； e. draining the kamias-treated fishes； f. soaking the drained fishes in ginger concentrate； and g. drying the ginger-treated fishes. The product produced by the foregoing process is a dried fish treated with kamias and ginger.
