Disclosed is a process of producing natural ginger tea comprising the steps of selecting fresh ginger rhizomes cleaning, washing and weighing the fresh ginger rhizomes grinding or compressing the ginger rhizomes extracting the ginger juice straining the extracted juice of the ginger rhizomes to remove the sediments weighing and sifting the raw muscovado sugar adding the sifted raw muscovado sugar to the ginger juice in 1:1 ratio cooking and stirring the mixture until the mixture is dry and powdered ginger tea in a clean aluminum basin packaging the ginger tea into different weight variants and sealing the same placing the packed and sealed ginger tea in boxes and storing in a dry place prior to delivery.
