The present utility model relates to dried splitted slipmouth treated with kamias and bignay and the process of producing thereof that would provide a healthy food option for individuals with minerals and vitamins deficiencies. The process comprises the steps of: a. securing and collecting slipmouth fishes； b. splitting, washing, and cleaning the slipmouth fishes； c. soaking the cleaned fishes in brine solution； d.soaking the brine-treated fishes in kamias extract； e. draining the kamias-treated fishes； f. soaking the drained fishes in bignay concentrate； and g. drying the bignay-treated fishes. The product produced by the foregoing process is a dried fish treated with kamias and bignay.
