Fluorescent protein nanoparticles according to the present invention can be utilized for biological imaging applications from excellent fluorescence and light stability.본 발명은 이중층 형광 단백질 나노입자에 관한 것으로, 내부 및 외부 표면에 형광 단백질이 융합되어 있고 외부 표면에는 표적 지향성 펩타이드를 표출함으로써 형광도와 광안정성이 우수한 형광 단백질 나노입자를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 형광 단백질 나노입자는 우수한 형광도와 광안정성으로부터 생체 이미징 용도로 활용될 수 있다.
