PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the chemical transpiration rate by enabling a chemical to impregnate into a chemical impregnation body with a porous structure, and to increase the duration of an effect of the chemical.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the chemical impregnation body impregnates the volatile chemical in an elastic substrate 1a with multiple pores.
