Oil-based suspension concentrates composed of: at least one room-temperature-solid active agrochemical substance selected from group consisting of compound (l"-4) having formula and imidacloprid, wherein the said active agrochemical substances is between 5% and 30% by weight, - at least one "closed" penetrant, wherein the said "closed" penetrant is between 5% and 30% by weight, - at least one vegetable oil or mineral oil, wherein the said vegetable oil or mineral oil is between 20% and 55% by weight, - at least one nonionic surfactant and/or at least one anionic surfactant, wherein the said surfactants is between 2.5% and 30% by weight, and - optionally one or more additives from the groups of the emulsifiers, foam inhibitors preservatives, antioxidants, colorants and/or inert filler materials, wherein the said additives is between 0% and 25% by weight wherein in the said penetrant there are alkanol alkoxylate of the preferred formula (Ie-1) and (Ie-2) are present, in which the numbers 6 and 2 represent average values. and (Ie-2) in which the numbers 8 and 2 represent average values.
