The present invention provides a method of preparing a high productivity mushroom beta-glucan comprising: firstly providing liquid culture to incubate the mushroom mycelium to increase the content of the mushroom mycelium, wherein the liquid culture comprises at least two ingredients selected from the groups consisting of glucose, trehalose, dietary fiber and mannose or its derivatives; and then, make continuous multiple-ultrasonic equipment break the mushroom mycelium; and remove any insoluble matter in the liquid culture. The present invention further provides the method of preparing high purity mushroom beta-glucan powder and solution and the products thereof. With the method of present invention, it effectively increases the yield of mushroom beta-glucan, reduces its activity loss and improves the stability of its product.一種提高菇蕈β-葡聚多醣體產量之製造方法,包括:以培養液醱酵培養菇蕈菌絲體,以增加該菇蕈菌絲體與多醣產量;以連續多重超音波破碎該培養液中之菇蕈菌絲體;以及去除該培養液中之不溶物,其中,該培養液包括選自葡萄糖、海藻糖、膳食纖維及甘露糖或其衍生物所組成群組之至少二種。本發明復提供高純度菇蕈β-葡聚多醣體粉末及溶液之製備方法及其製品。藉由本發明,可有效提升菇蕈β-葡聚多醣體產量,減低該菇蕈β-葡聚多醣體活性損耗以及提升含該菇蕈β-葡聚多醣體之製品之安定性。
