The present invention relates to a method for culturing Sparassis crispa mycelia using a grain medium, a method for manufacturing a beta-glucan raw material, and a culture vessel used for the culturing method. The method for culturing Sparassis crispa mycelia comprises the steps of: a) forming a culture medium using grains； b) introducing the medium into a heat resistant culture vessel； c) sterilizing the culture medium in the culture vessel； d) cooling the medium in the culture vessel； e) inoculating the culture medium in the culture vessel with the Sparassis crispa mycelia in an aseptic room； f) primarily culturing the Sparassis crispa mycelia by sealing the culture vessel； and g) allowing the filtered oxygen to circulate in the culture vessel and secondarily culturing the Sparassis crispa mycelia.본 발명은 곡립배지를 이용한 꽃송이버섯 균사체 배양방법, 베타글루칸 원료 제조방법 및 상기 배양방법에 사용되는 배양용기에 관한 것이다.상기 꽃송이버섯 균사체 배양방법은, a) 곡립으로 배지를 조성하는 단계； b) 상기 배지를 내열성 배양용기에 입병하는 단계； c) 상기 배양용기 내의 배지를 살균하는 단계； d) 상기 배양용기 내의 배지를 냉각하는 단계； e) 무균실에서 상기 배양용기 내의 배지에 꽃송이버섯 종균을 접종하는 단계； f) 상기 배양용기를 밀폐하여 꽃송이버섯 균사체를 1차로 배양하는 단계； 및 g) 상기 배양요기 내에 여과된 산소가 순환되도록 하며 꽃송이버섯 균사체를 2차로 배양하는 단계；를 포함한다.
