PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of miniaturizing a microscope for ophthalmic surgery that observes a patient's eye and acquires an OCT image.SOLUTION: The microscope for ophthalmic surgery includes an illumination optical system, an observation optical system, an objective lens, an interference optical system, a first lens group, a second lens group, and a deflection member. The illumination optical system illuminates the patient's eye with illumination light. The observation optical system is used for observing a patient's eye illuminated by the illumination optical system. The objective lens is disposed at an observation optical path. The interference optical system splits light from a light source into measurement light and reference light, and detects interference light of return light of the measurement light from the subject's eye and the reference light. The first lens group is disposed between the light source and the patient's eye in an optical path of the measurement light. The second lens group is disposed between the first lens group and the patient's eye in the optical path of the measurement light.
