PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging apparatus which, though using a non-telecentric optical system, can easily perform alignment when capturing an image of an anterior eye part.SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging apparatus comprises: a light source an information acquisition unit which divides light emitted from the light source into measurement light to be projected onto a subject eye and reference light through a measurement optical system, and which acquires tomography information of the subject eye, based on coherent light obtained by combining return light of the measurement light and the reference light and optical path length change means which changes the optical path length difference between the optical path of the measurement light and the optical path of the reference light. The measurement optical system includes a focusing lens to make the measurement light focus on the subject eye. When an image of the anterior eye part of the subject eye is captured, the exit pupil of the measurement optical system is arranged at a finite distance.
