PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making it possible to surely illuminate a part to be observed in laser treatment in an ophthalmology field.SOLUTION: A laser treatment system according to an embodiment includes an illumination optical system, observation optical system, irradiation optical system, interference optical system, optical path synthesis means, optical scan means, and control means. The illumination optical system illuminates an eye of a patient. The observation optical system is used for observing the illuminated eye of the patient. The irradiation optical system irradiates the eye of the patient with collimation light and treatment laser light. The interference optical system splits light from a light source into measurement light and reference light and leads interference light obtained by superposing the measurement light returned from the eye of the patient on the reference light, to detection means. The optical path synthesis means combines an optical path of the illumination optical system, an optical path of the irradiation optical system, and an optical path of the measurement light so as to substantially have the same axis. The optical scan means is provided at a position closer to the eye of the patient than a position obtained by combining the optical path of the irradiation optical system and the optical path of the measurement light. The control means controls the irradiation optical system, interference optical system, and optical scan means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼科分野のレーザ治療において、観察すべき部位を確実に照明することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係るレーザ治療システムは、照明光学系、観察光学系、照射光学系、干渉光学系、光路合成手段、光走査手段および制御手段を有する。照明光学系は患者眼を照明する。観察光学系は、照明されている患者眼の観察に用いられる。照明光学系は、照準光と治療用レーザ光を患者眼に照射する。干渉光学系は、光源からの光を測定光と参照光とに分割し、測定光の患者眼からの戻り光と参照光とを重ね合わせて得られる干渉光を検出手段に導く。光路合成手段は、照明光学系の光路と照射光学系の光路と測定光の光路とを実質的に同軸に合成する。光走査手段は、照射光学系の光路と測定光の光路との合成位置よりも患者眼側に設けられている。制御手段は、照射光学系、干渉光学系および光走査手段を制御する。【選択図】図1A
