PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic measurement device capable of performing OCT by attaining focus over a wide range.SOLUTION: There is provided an ophthalmologic measurement device for collecting data on a subject eye using OCT, comprising: a first optical system； a light scanner； a conversion member； a second optical system； and a first optical path coupling member. The first optical system divides light from a light source into measurement light and reference light, applies the measurement light to the subject eye through an objective lens, and detects interference light of return light of the measurement light from the subject eye and the reference light. The light scanner scans the subject eye with the measurement light. The conversion member is provided at a position closer to the light source side relative to the light scanner on an optical path of the measurement light, and converts the measurement light which goes toward the subject eye into a vessel-type beam. The second optical system images the subject eye through the objective lens.
