PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which is inexpensive and substantially removes an effect of alight volume loss, in performing separation between light paths of a fixation optical system and an anterior eye optical system.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus comprises: an imaging optical system for capturing an image of the eyeground of a subject eye obtained by irradiation with measurement light; the anterior eye optical system which captures an image of the anterior eye of the subject eye; and the fixation optical system which accelerates the fixation of the subject eye with fixation light to change an image capturing range when the image of the eyeground is obtained. In the ophthalmologic apparatus, a beam splitter is disposed at the diaphragm position of the fixation optical system and separates the optical path of the fixation optical system and that of the anterior eye optical system from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】固視光学系と前眼部光学系との光路分離を行う、安価で且つ実質的に光量ロスが影響しない構成を提案する。
