This invention relates to an automatic grinding and cooking method for bean, mainly comprising continuously heating and cooking the bean with suitable temperature. The bean is performed with different coarse and fine crushing and grinding in several stages when the bean is heated to different set temperatures. In the heating process, the bean is crushed and ground separately in several stages, so that the natural flavor and juice of the bean can be fully extracted in the process of heating to boiling, to finally reach fully cooked bean juice.
