PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean-paste pancake manufacturing device and method that can accurately position two cakes to form a round, neat shape.SOLUTION: The bean-paste pancake manufacturing device 1 includes a dough baking part 3 for heating dough on the upper surface of a baking plate 12 to bake cakes, a cake reversing part 4 for reversing cakes, an inner filling supply part 5 for supplying an inner filling to the reversed cakes and stacking the cakes so that the inner filling is sandwiched between a pair of cakes, and an ear-clamping process part 6 for bringing the peripheral edges of the pair of stacked cakes closely together.
